Agreement

By registering for or using EasyPayOnly, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business you represent. Access is limited to authorised merchants and partners.

The platform

EasyPayOnly provides a cloud dashboard and related APIs that enable merchants to offer digital and merchant services such as mobile top-ups, gift cards, bill payments, shipping, and other modules made available to your account.

Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, safeguarding login credentials, complying with applicable laws, and using services only for legitimate business purposes. Wallet balances and service availability may depend on funding, verification status, and partner networks.

Third-party services

Certain services are fulfilled through technology integrations. Availability, pricing, and delivery may depend on those networks. EasyPayOnly does not claim endorsement by any provider unless a partnership is formally established.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, or use the service for fraudulent or unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that present risk to the platform, partners, or customers.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyPayOnly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability related to the platform is limited as set out in your commercial agreement or, where none exists, to fees paid for the service in the preceding three months.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after notice of material changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
